Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PolicyMint website at policymint.ai and the PolicyMint application at app.policymint.ai. PolicyMint is a product of Mindset Cyber Pty Ltd (Australia). By using the site or the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

PolicyMint generates and reviews information security and AI management documentation (for example, aligned to ISO 27001 and ISO 42001), tailored to the business details you provide. The service is being rolled out, so some features, accounts and purchasing may not be available to everyone yet.

Not certification and not legal advice

PolicyMint produces document drafts to help you build your management system. It does not certify your business, does not guarantee that you will pass an audit or achieve certification, and is not legal, compliance or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing every document, confirming it reflects how your business actually operates, and making sure it meets your obligations before you rely on it.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
• Resell or redistribute the service except as expressly permitted (for example, a consultant using it to prepare documentation for their own clients).
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful or harmful.

Intellectual property

The PolicyMint platform, its software and its document templates remain the property of Mindset Cyber Pty Ltd. The finished documents generated for your business are yours to use for your own compliance purposes. ISO and IEC standards remain the property of their publishers; PolicyMint does not reproduce standard text in the documents it produces for you.

Pricing and payment

PolicyMint is sold as prepaid credits used to generate and review documents. Prices shown are launch prices and may change.

Prices are set separately in each supported currency (AUD, USD, GBP, EUR) rather than converted at checkout, and you are charged in the currency shown to you. Australian dollar prices include GST. Customers outside Australia pay a GST-free export price. Purchased credits are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. Except where the law (including the Australian Consumer Law) requires otherwise, purchased credits are non-refundable.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers, including hosting, payment processing and AI providers used to generate document drafts. Your use of the service is also subject to those providers' terms where relevant.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the documents it produces will meet the requirements of any particular auditor, certification body or regulator.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindset Cyber Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or others.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
